EPCOT Connections Cafe and Eatery Menu Preview

Coming this Spring will be the opening of the brand new food spot in EPCOT, the Connections Cafe and Eatery! By the looks of it, it is nearly done being constructed and the opening shouldn’t be too far off.

Disney Parks Blog has released the food items and let’s just say, it looks GOOD!

This will be a quick service dining location beside the Connections Shop.

Here is a sampling of what they have to offer:

French Bistro Burger with caramelized onions, bacon, and brie

Southwestern Burger with roasted chipotle-corn salsa and guacamole spread

And for those wanting a lighter option:

Niçoise-style Salad with potatoes, white and green beans, and olives with a Dijon vinaigrette

General Tso Chicken Salad with broccoli slaw, red bell pepper, mandarin oranges, and crispy wontons

Alerting all pizza lovers, Connections Eatery has just what you’re craving:

Meatball Pizza

Curry Spice Pizza

And for the kiddos, they can enjoy either Grilled Chicken Bao, Chicken Nuggets, or a Cheeseburger.

If you’re anything like us, the best part of any meal is dessert! And the dessert at Connections Eatery will not disappoint. When you visit make sure you try the Liege Waffle. This features a brioche yeast dough stuffed with pearl sugar with the most tasty of toppings.

Shake the heat of the day away with some delicious milkshakes. Enjoy a Mango-Coconut Milkshake or an Apple Pie Gelato Shake.

A part of the Connections Cafe will be Starbucks, themed to its surroundings.
