Disney Foodie Alert: EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival Foodie Guide Released

As EPCOT’s International Flower and Garden Festival nears, everyone is looking forward to hearing about what food and drinks will be offered this year! Lucky for you, Disney just released the menu list for booths at this year's festival. We took a look and let me just warn you, it all looks DELICIOUS! The festival runs from March 2, 2022 to July 4, 2022 - so plenty of time to get your hands on these must try food and drinks.

Seared Salmon with farro risotto and micro herbs

Vanilla, Rose Water, and Pistachio Panna Cotta

A Whole Lotta Melon (New) (Gluten/Wheat Friendly)

Feta cheesecake with watermelon curd, pickled watermelon rind, watermelon caramel, and compressed watermelon

Summer Solstice Menu (available May 22 - July 4)

Crispy Mojo Marinated Pork Belly, with avocado cream, corn salsa, salsa verde, and plantain chips (New) (Gluten/Wheat Friendly)

Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta with marinated peppers, zucchini, squash, artichokes, goat cheese, and balsamic glaze on grilled ciabatta (New)

Springtime Menu (available April 10 - May 21)

Enchilada de Mole Negro (New) (Gluten/Wheat Friendly)
